The B9 S4 is could easily be any other traditional sedan; the S5 Sportback is special without sacrificing much, if anything. Rear legroom in the S5 SB is 0.5" less than B9 S4; all other interior dimensions outside of cargo volume are nearly identical as well.
A6 is not considered sporty at all. Yes it has a similar engine to the S4/S5 but it's a borderline land yacht. It a comfortable cruiser, not a sport sedan. As an S4 owner, if you want something sporty either go S4/S5/m340i. I'd wait on the TLX Type S, they'll likely have a refresh that will be much more desirable than the first version.

Lord XL. B9.5 is the mid year refresh of the B9 generation. They updated a little bit of the interior (Removal of MMI ****, bigger MMI screen) and a few things on the exterior (Lights and bumpers) of the car to keep the car fresh and modern.
