Tapeworm might even be beneficial since it means more spirits, fine wine, and honey to gorge on to literally never need to sleep. Truly a magical game, kingdom come. I recommend every single one except the sleepwalking one. Once you get the hang of hardcore you can't really go back to normal.
- AI is much better at clinching. Clinch perk only gives 10% bonus rather than 40%. No more cheesing clinch to win against skilled opponents. - Headcracker perk probability halved. - Against All Odds perk gives 10% rather than 20% bonus. - Chain Strike, Blood Rush, Furious, Blacksmith's Son, and Cuman Killer perks have had their damage increase
For Bow as weapons - see Bow. Bow is a Combat proficiency used by Henry in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. The current level of Bow can be seen in the Player window below their character. It can also be seen on the Combat tab along with the current progress and required experience needed for the next level. Makes players more proficient with a bow and arrow, effectively increasing their weapon
Personally I put the first two free levels into speech as it's generally the most annoying to level up, if you really want you can get strength to level 3 in the skallitz tutorial by using herbalism and the leg day perk. The starting stats are more just a bonus as most of your stats will get pretty high just doing your random tasks in game.
Perks like Ken, Juggler, Brute, Scholar, Cloak and Dagger, and Golden Tongue all have a benefit and a disadvantage. Is the disadvantage just a momentary thing, and you can work on it like normal, or is the penalty permanent? What I mean is, does the disadvantage lower the total skill by one? And does the advantage raise that one total?
Insomniac (perk) Insomniac is a Main Level perk in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, which can be unlocked at level 4. Increases the time you can do without sleep. Your Energy Lvl falls one quarter more slowly.

Mule perks under strength Don't take any of the higher level 'stat tradeoff' Main Level perks like Ken, Scholar, Brute, etc. None of them are worth it except Burgher/Savage Don't take 'Water of Life' under alchemy. It makes me an alcoholic every time because of how many potions I drink. If you care about alchemy, go for Routine I or II.
Now I try to get the Leg Day perk before going to Talmberg. After getting to Rattay I did some side quests before going to Radzig, just exploring then began the main quests but still doing side quests in-between. I got time to decompress and enjoy the game that way.
I’m in the Epilog atm and want to max out every skill to increase my main level to level 20. I’ve talked to any person I’ve found and bought useless stuff to increase the skill, but the skill only increased by 1% after 10 minutes. I’m level 18 with 60%. I’ve searched fo books that help me leveling but I only found 2 so far.
